Mela is a lampshade with a soft, organic shape inspired by the silhouette of an apple core. Each product is unique and features a waist with a naturally shifting and irregular silhouette. The cream coloured paper diffuses a warm, gentle light that creates an inviting atmosphere. To avoid damage during installation, carefully unfold the shade an place it on a flat surface. The shade is assembled using the included metal bracket. To avoid damage during installation, place the shade on a flat surface. Then attach the bracket to the bottom fittings, gently bend it, and at the same time carefully lift the shade so that the metal bracket can be secured into the fittings at the top of the lampshade. As paper is a fragile material, it should be handled with care to preserve its shape and avoid damage. Suspension and light source are sold separately.
